Elegant shoes in Lynbrook is nice but not as large of a selection...they have weird hours so call before you go.
Estelles in Farmingdale is supposed to have a good selection.
Sandys shoes in Massapequa Park good selection not the best customer service.
and there is a place on Old Country Road by Roosevelt Field that is supposed to be good.
Also lots of shoes websites have free shipping and return shipping if you dont like it....like endless.com is a good one and i think shoes.com and zappos.com

I got mine at Macy's. I looked EVERYWHERE! I wanted something very specific and could not find it. Before I went to the store thought I looked on My glass slipper. com and a few other websites. I would shop in person first so that you can try stuff on.

myglassslipper.com has a store in the city but they dont have all the shoes from online in the store. They didnt have mine, so I had to order them ... you should call them to see if they have your shoe or the brand you like to try on.
