I found a great pair of bridal shoes that I love but they are mules. They are comfortable but I am concerned that they will be difficult to walk in with my gown. Should I return them?

If you're used to walking in mules, you should be fine. I wore mules as a BM, and it was fine. I'm wearing slides for my wedding.

I love mules and wear them everywhere. I find them very comfortable and even more so than strappies. I think you'll be fine but practice dancing in them first to make sure you are comfortable.

i would be a bit nervous--i wear stilettos all the time but i find that i slide around in mules an never feel secure w/ them. good luck.

At least for me, mules are really comfy and easy to wear BUT the heels must be fairly low.
I'm wearing mules with my gown.... and already did at all my fittings. Frankly, the shoes aren't the problem... it's that giant poof with all the boning that makes movement awkward!
(I can't pick up anything from the floor in my gown.... I just stare at it, and point )
