Shoe question/help

Do you think a shoe with some kind of rosette/flower embelishment on the front would get caught on the bottom of my dress?

i didnt have a shoe with an flower embellishment, but my shoe did go through one layer of tulle underneath my dress. the bridal attendant had to cut off a piece of the tulle so it wouldnt keep happening. it's hard to walk in those dresses! so i think it could happen regardless of embellishments or not.

OMG! how high were your heels? I actually found a pair of shoes I really like (no flower--they have crystals instead) but they are kinda low---only 2 3/4 inch heel. I feel like low heels make me look like I have cankles . But then again, who looks at your ankles in a wedding dress? Maybe its better to opt for a low heel?

Are they gems? Is your dress lacy? Then it might. If they aren't gems, it should be fine.

my heel was only 2 1/4! i chose a lower heel that day for comfort, rather than look. the front of my shoe was open toe with crystals on the strap over the front of the foot.

No problem! I really wanted some shoes with a little bling, but I knew it would get caught on the bottom of my dress.

Actually my veil had beaded flowers and that kept get caught on the back of my dress. You see me reaching back and fixing it every 5 minutes. lol!

this happened to my friend, she stepped through the lace of her actual dress. (end of the night so she didnt care) she was not wearing a high heel either!

Haha that's what I thought at first, too. It really felt like that.
