same here - I just don't want anything to take away from the dress, plus I've seen some really nice 'wedding' shoes...

if i wore ANYTHING but the shoes that exactly matched my dress my mom would definitely

yes i know - it is my wedding and all but who wants to hear her?

also - i was talking to my MOH and saying how i wanted to wear funky shoes and she just looked at me and said ' no you don't - you think it is cute when other people do that but it is SO NOT YOU'

and you know what - she is totally right! i love all these funky things that all you girls are doing! but they are so not me - i am a boring traditional person

i have been told MORE then once and by people MUCH older then me that i should have been born in the 40s LOL
