shoes

i'm having the hardest time finding shoes! I thought I would have MONTHS to do this, but I now realize that you can order most dresses to a custom length so I dont have to pay to have it hemmed next year....so the hunt for shoes is on....i found a pair i LOVE (in pic) but they're $100 and I really didnt think I'd spend that much! i figured i'd spend somewhere between $40 & $60

should i just suck it up and buy the ones i really like???

Those shoes are beautiful! I wonder if you can find something similar online! I haven't started looking for shoes yet so I don't have any recommendations on where to find reasonably priced ones.

Did you try Sandy's in Massapequa? I say if you really cant find anything like it, then go for it.

Suck it up and buy what you love. Imagine being disappointed the day of your wedding over something that would have cost you an extra $50... in the grand scheme of a wedding that's a small price to pay!

Try craft shoes. I heard the prices there are not too crazy!

Those are very nice but I totally understand. You can try Shoe Elegance in Lynbrook on Sunrise Hwy. I found my shoes there in 15 minutes and they were just under $60.
They have a good selection and great service.
Good luck!

Re: shoes

Honestly, those shoes (Nina) are soo comfy. I have them in black from last season and I can actually walk arounda mall in them (ended up walking around once...no blisters..nothing) The height is perfect.

Try to look online for them cheaper. In NJ Cohos has nina and their usualy cheaper....

Give it a week or two and then, if you can't find anything else...get them

You can always get them dyed black and wear them again and again!
