shoes

closed back or sling back?

my consultant at kleinfeld told me to get sling backs b/c my feet will swell and the sling backs will give a bit more breathing room. i originally thought to get closed backs b/c it will be october.

help!

hm...never heard that before...do your feet normally swell in shoes?? I prefer closed backs, and my wedding is in october too...those straps in the back of the heel sometimes hurt.

no, not normally, but she said it's bound to happen since i'll be on my feet all day.

I think I am going to do sling backs too - and I am in March, in case you forgot =). We still need to find those BADGLEY MISCHKA's that I tried on with my gown missy!!

I would love to get sling backs...because i like the look - but when that strap on the back starts digging into my heel....its the worst!!

Every time I wear a pair, like, 2 hours in, i am SURE that I am bleeding. I mean...i never am...BUT STILL!!

My feet swell all the time and i am still wearing closed. I will put inserts in and take them out when my feet swell.
