Re: Shoes :Poll
I am planning to wear closed toe shoes. If I was having my wedding in the summer I might consider open toe

Re: Shoes :Poll
I wore the same shoes metphan is wearing. They were very comfortable and have just enough height. I loved them so much that I am having them dyed to wear for another affair.
I am wearing closed toe, small platform, I wish I had a picture, but couldn't find one, they were bought at Casa de Mariano (spelling?) in Patchogue.

Ladies what are your thoughts about wearing open toe shoes in March? I think I want to - plus, I feel like the closed toe one have so much more potential to get filthy.

Definitely open toe! I wear open toe year round for dressy occassions. If it's really cold, I'll wear toeless stockings with them.

Haven't picked out my shoes yet - probably something simple!!
You can definitely do open-toe. It might be March, but you'll be running around and dancing

I am going with closed toe. I have this weird obsession of you dont wear stockings with open toe shoes. So I am wearing closed toe shoes.

Re: Shoes :Poll
I'm wearing open-toed sandals at my wedding. It's on a July afternoon, so I figured that sandals will be OK (anyway they won't be too noticeable because my dress will cover them).

I wore open toe shoes (with nude stocking - Late October wedding) and also bought them at the Bridal Shoe Boutique in Carle Place on Old Country Road.

Re: Shoes :Poll
these were mine - I like sandals but am very into only wearing them in the summer - I always think its weird to see people in sandals in the cold weather (JMO!) My dress was very white, and these shoes weren't as white, which totally stressed me out at first - BUT they were so so comfortable, I didn't even know they were on - my feet didn't hurt at all all night!
Brideto be, are those shoes by Mister Lorens? I really can't tell from the pic. either, do they have beading? I think I saw the same shoes at Luv my Shoes, wanted to try them on but they didn't have my size. Do you happen to know how high the heel is?
