shoes showing under wedding dress?

so my sister bought me these gorgeous badgley mischka shoes a few months ago after my dress was ordered. they are higher heels than i planned on getting but I was hoping they would still work since they ordered extra length on my dress.

well, i went to dry on my dress today with the shoes, and they still show extra length and all. So I think i have to get different shoes b/c it just seems like my dress should hit the floor. I'm bummed, they are gorgeous and I know she spent a lot but i'm thinking maybe i can wear them to my shower or HM or something.

you guys would get different, lower heeled shoes right?

Take em to the shoe maker!!!

If they only need like 1/4 inch or even 2/3 inch...you can have shoe maker cut heel down!

really? that won't ruin the shoe? i think they are 3 inches and I need more of a 1 to 1.5 inch heel.

pretty much the top part of my foot is showing.

Well, Idk if they will be able to take down that much! But, it's worth the try...definitely - SHOW ME PICS!!!

i know, that would probably help. but i took some pics and it's FH's camera and of course he can't find the cord to upload them. so I have to wait until he does.

i think i'll end up getting new shoes. they are just sooo pretty.
