Shoes! UPDATE!

Soooo I had to go out and buy the shoes I'm going to wear with my dress already. They have to measure my length to know which size dress to order, and in order to do that they need to know how tall I will be the day of. I'm short so they're not sure if I need a petite or a regular. Also, my dress is mostly lace and they're concerned with how they are going to hem it. So I ended up ordering these shoes from Zappos.com. My other problem is that my dress is a weird color. It's by Maggie Sottero and the color is called Light Gold. So I'm trying to find the 'right' gold. I'm going tonight to see how well they match. I'm absolutely in love with these ones I found so wish me luck!! I don't want to have to keep looking

THEY WERE THE WRONG COLOR I think dyable shoes are going to be my route. Oh well!

Haha, YES! I swear to you they looked green next to my dress! My dress is a weird color. Very hard to match. I think they only way to go would be to get the dyable ones.

boooooo! thats frustrating, dyeing would be a good option but can they dye in metallic tones?

how about buying a gold pump??? What happens if it rains and they color runs on your dress- even if the color is suppose to match..

I wore a Maggie dress in light gold. Loved the color, it was so flattering and looked great in pics.

I found shoes by Grace that matched the dress without having to be dyed. The color is called Antique. I ordered the shoes from here : My Glass Slipper but before I did, I checked the color at RK Bridal in the city.

I tried finding gold shoes to wear, but I couldn't get a high heel since DH and I are about the same height.
