shortest to tallest or....?

Hi guys,

Do you if there's a correct way to line up the bridal party? Shortest to tallest or tallest to shortest..or doesn't matter?

One of the groomsmen is almost 7 ft. tall!

for photos i'd do shortest to tallest

We are doing shortest to tallest. I would also try to match the girls with the guys based on height. I was at a wedding recently where the shortest GM was with the tallest BM - not sure why. It looked kind of ridiculous and he was pretty annoyed!

I think it is whatever you like. I am doing shortest to tallest.

We are doing them in order of how much they mean to us and pitting married couples together. Its going to make a nice V on the girls side and shortest to tallest on the guys side should be fine. FH will be the shortest by far.

i have this problem.
Everyone in my Bridal Party is part of a couple.
So 2 of the girls are my FH's sisters. both of their husbands are 2 of the groomsmen.
They will obviously be paired together.

Then we have my sister and her husband. my sister is my MOH and she will be paired with the BM who is FH's best friends. the BM is married, but his wife is not in our BP. Instead, one of FH's cousins is in our BP. so that means my BIL who is all of 5'2 on a good day will have to walk with FH's cousin who is 5'8 at least. we won't make them stand together for pictures or anything like that, but we can't help it.

ours were not lined up in size order at all nor paired together in size order.

We sort of did this. My sister in law is pretty short and my brother is tall but we matched them up. We made sure they are going to be close to us since FH and I are so close to them.

Everyone else we did what physically matched.
