Order my almonds now for my Summer wedding or should I hold off? I just wanted to get the favors ready to go because I still have so much to do.... i can leave them in a cool room. Will they melt? lol

i don't think almonds melt...but they do go stale...
I think you should be ok if you order them now. You can always leave them in the packages they come in for a few weeks. Most stores have them on the shelves in packages for quite a while and they're still fine. Maybe just wait until a week or two before to put them into bags if you're using tulle or something else that doesn't keep out the elements.

make sure u order them fresh.. they def wont go stale!.. i still have favors from my cousins wedding in greece from last july! i ate a few almonds last week, theyre still good!
