Should i assume ....

FH and I are working on a honeymoon budget .... should we assume we'll get a certain amount of cash gifts from the wedding to be used towards a HM budget?

The HM we would LOVE to go on is out of our original budget by about $3k and I want to have some way of making it ok to book this trip after all

should we go anyway? yay or nay?
