Should I be doing something?

Ok, so we have booked the RH, Officiant, DJ, Photog, bought our dresses, and are generally moving right along with the check marks. I'll get to work on Flowers and cake after the holidays - there's only so much stress a girl can take!

My question is, when do I next contact my vendors? I feel like my RH is going to forget about me. Is that crazy?? I also want to go back and look at their linens. My generous parents will be getting them our next payment - but when can I start calling and harassing them? ;)

you don't have to feel bad about calling your RH (or any of the vendors) ... they're used to getting calls

that said, i chose my linens about a month or two before the wedding so you def have time

congrats on all the checks! you are ahead of the game; I wouldnt stress. realistically, once you ahve the vendors booked, you wont hear from them until the time gets closer (or until payment is due). My RH didnt have us come in for linens and menu selection until 4-8 weeks prior to the wedding date.

I would say the next steps would be to book hair, makeup, hotel block and work on invitations

Sounds like you have most of the major stuff done. Breathe and relax for a bit then revisit.

I felt the same way! My wedding is in 3 weeks and I am just now meeting with the vendors for all final decisions. They WILL contact you. You have so much time. Right now you can start focusing on the little details that you have more control over. Decor, bridal party, etc

but don't ever feel like you can't call your vendors, remember YOU ARE PAYING THEM! so whatever you need to make yourself feel better and relax more just go with your gut.

Since we have had a long engagement and booked everything early I always feel like they will forget about me, but don't worry they want their money just as much as you want your wedding so they will not forget about you LOL
