So FH and i went and got our wedding rings today. Well, when he put the ring on his finger, he started sweating , his face turned red, heart started racing and looked like he was going to pass out!!!!!! On top of that , his finger swelled up and he couldnt get the ring off!!!!

I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. Because we (women) do all the planning we get to experience so many more of the emotions that come along with a wedding, the good, the bad and tyh e ugly. Men are only faced with it in certain decisions and that's why they may get impacted and overwhelmed with the imense meaning behind the day in those few instances. I think it may have just all hit him at once essentially......whereas for you it's porbably hit you since the first day you started planning.

No, don't worry. It didn't actually feel real to me until I tried on my wedding ring. He probably felt the same way. It's a little disconcerting, but then it's all better.
I wouldnt worry! Men react that way sometimes! its better than my fiance who has 'embraced' the wedding ring and have bought himself 4 so far because he cant decide which ones he likes and !which ones to return

awwww. that remids me of the episode from sex and the city where Carrie tries on the wedding dresses and she gets all hot, and itchy, and crazy!! I'm sure he will be fine, might just be the initial shock!
