the choker looks too tight. since i know the BM dress you're getting, i think a hanging pendant may look nicer honestly

It is very pretty but does strike me as more of a set for a bride (actually might be what I should get for me!)
The pearls would look good on a longer string or a pearl pendant...not everyone is comfortable in a choker so that style may not be good unless you know they will like it.
Maybe if I saw it on someone who wasn't a bride, like your sample pic- maybe it would be good- bottom line- if you like it, get it for them!
