FH and GM are staying at hotel near where we are getting married (we are getting married at RH). They don't need limos. I am getting dressed at home then going to RH 3 hours early for pictures. Is it worth getting a limo. I feel like it might be better just to save it and put it towards video or something like that. What do you think?

Re: Should I get limo's for the girls?
I'm running into the same sort of issue right now.
We are getting married out east, so FH and I plan on spending the night @ a hotel by the RH the night before. I also plan on asking the entire wedding party and parents to stay there too so we can start getting ready in the morning without having to wait for people to get there.
The dilemma I am running into is how to get everyone to the RH when it's time! I am thinking about hiring a bus or trolley to shuttle the bridal party and OOT guests to and from the hotel.
I just think it's silly to rent a limo for the 10 minute ride to the RH.

BMs are meeting at my parents' and GMs are meeting at our house and we're taking limos to the ceremony. We're getting 2 limos and a party bus for our OOT guests who are all FH's relatives. His mother is paying for that.

Bm and I are getting married at my house- the thing is it is literally a 10 minute ride to RH. I heard for weddings they try to scam you into paying for atleast 4 hours!? anyone heard of that?

I am having the same issue. Since I live an hour away from the RH we are either, 1. staying at a hotel, 2. going to commute the morning of. It all depend on my hairdresser, she def invite to my wedding so I think she is willing to do all my BM hair at the RH- if that is the case then a hotel a(have to find out if hotel has a shuttle to the RH) and no limo is needed
let me know what happens- i just might steal your idea :)

There are some limos that offer pick up/drop of service which is MUCH cheaper than getting them for the day.
I don't think any one will miss them if you don't get them, but if you want to, I would look into this option.

My BMs are getting ready at a hotel that is exactly 7 minutes from the RH. LOL. When you call the limo companies, ask for a pick-up and drop-off service instead of the minimum 3 or 4 hours. I'm using Camelot Limos. Ask for Joe and it will be MUCH less expensive.

Re: Should I get limo's for the girls?
I was thinking the same thing. The BM are getting ready at the hotel and i was going to get ready at the RH since everything is being done there. But I wasnt sure how they would get from the hotel to the RH which is about 10-15 min away. I didnt know they had pick up and drop off service. If thats the case then i will just gt ready at the hotel with my girls and ride over with them in the limo.
