I saw this gold sugar in a pink and I want it for the rims of my sig drink. It costs $45 for 8lbs, should I buy it? Or $6 for 8oz? I don't really know how much to get. Should I even do it?
8 pounds is prob too much anyhow ... that's A LOT of sugar ... though 8 oz is not enough.
personally though, i'd save the money. People won't really notice the color of the sugar (especially in a semi-dark room).

My wedding is in the day time and my drinks will be served outside for CH, people will see it. I have no clue about how much to order if I go through with it.

I too think the 8lbs is way to much but the 8oz is to little. There is nothing inbetween? Can you order a few of the 8oz packages? I think that is a really cute idea. i agree....ask WM. i am sure they can provide it or tell you where to get it.

my advice is to wait closer to the wedding for little details like this. i love the idea. its so original and a very nice detail but toward the end of planning, sometimes you regret spending money on little things.
