I have 9 bridesmaids (all different sizes, shapes, heights, ages you name it!) and I am having the hardest time finding a dress that they all feel comfortable in!
After having them try on a few, I think a two piece is probably the best option. They all love this one by Bill Levkoff -but I am not a huge fan of the fabric since its a summer wedding and my dress is very dainty - so with 9 BMs standing next too me it might look a bit to 'heavy'. I also don't want to do satin because it will be SO HOT at the end of August.
Do you ladies have any great two pieces you want to show me!?? HELP!

My girls all wore 2 piece dresses- I really think it's the best idea - everyone ends up comfortable!

My girls have 4 different Bill Levkoff tissue taffeta dresses (2 are 1-piece, 2 are 2-piece)--not sure if this is the fabric that you think is too heavy, I actually think it's pretty light....but here is a pic of one in her 2-piece dress pre-alterations:

Bill Levkoff does a have a bunch that are 2 pieces....I know impressions and alfred angelo also have a lot of separates....HTH!

which BL dress do they all like? I know what you mean about the fabric being heavy in August. I tried on satin gowns and hated the heavy feeling. I was open to satin BM dresses, but we decided to go with tissue taffeta because it was much lighter, and looked better with my raw silk dress.
What fabric are you looking for? tissue taffeta? satin? chiffon? raw silk? not sure what else there is
