Showcases?

Hi everyone. I'm planning from Chicago & I'm trying to get as much planning done as possible when my fiance & I visit Long Island the week before Easter. Does anyone know of any showcases the week of 3/24 - 3/31? How do you learn about them? And are they even worth the time? I was thinking that since I don't have a lot of time on Long Island this might help by seeing a lot of vendors at once.

try calling jericho terrace & russo''s on the bay. i know that both of these catering halls host showcases.
