Ok ladies someone mentioned this recently so I figured I'd see if anyone was interested. In previous years the girls have got together and had a shower for the brides in their year a few months before the year started. It would consist of a secret bride exchange where you would get something off your secret brides registry and raffles with prizes donated by vendors. Since its already August if we are going to do it we'd have to start planning it now so we can do it in October or November. I am willing to be part of the planning and Chrissy has also volunteered to help. Is anyone interested? Would anyone wanna help? I figure if we have 5 or 6 people planning it won't be too much on one person.

I can help. Although, things are going to get a bit crazy for me when the school year starts because I'm covering for a teacher out on maternity and will only have 1 free period. Blah

@ LadyGoodman.. maybe we could find the place most LI brides are getting married, which I believ...is fox hollow and persude them to offer us a good deal on a brunch type event

I don't know how much I could help because my sched. the next few months is really busy but I would def be interested in participating! this is exciting. I know in the past they did secret santa type ornament excanges. I'd love to do that too!

One of the previous years had thier shower at the fox hollow so its definitely doable. I figured someplace like that or even a restaurant. In the past they've been around $40-$50 a person which includes pretty much everything. I am not from long island so I will need someone who knows places somewhat centrally located. For you girls who can't help that's totally fine. Just need to make sure there's interest. Oh and Kristen i like the ornament idea as well.
