Shower Dilemma

My sister is my MOH, her and my mom are planning my shower. I live 30 miles away from them and I think the shower should be where I am. They think it should be in my hometown where they are. I do not have a problem with it being there but I feel like there will be more people coming from where I currenlty live and it is more convenient for bringing the gifts home.They think that it would be more convenient for my grandmother and some older family members if it is back in my hometown. I told them that I guess it doesn't matter that since they are paying then it is their call. Should I just shut up and let them do their thing or make a big deal out of it?? Just wondering if anybody else dealt with this type of issue and what did you do?
