shower gift- household lady??

some one just told me about a great shower gift trying to find pictures of it but cant seem to:

it is a person made out of all household products.. kinda like the idea of a diaper cake at a baby shower.. any clue what i am talking about??

is that the ironing board lady??
You take an ironing board and put the pic of the brides face on the top. Add mop for hair. Tie on an apron and fill the pockets of the apron with cleaners, etc. and you can use a duster for an arm or put broom on side . There are some pics of these in girls shower albums.
