'Shower' gift idea for Military bride

I'm coming back to LI in two weeks for a memorial. My mother called me today and told me that she is throwing a 'shower' for my sister the day after it since the whole family will be in town. I say 'shower' because she is already married...She announced her engagement to a fellow marine two weeks before Christmas and was married in Vegas end of January. She was restationed in NC from CA after the wedding so shes living alone in the barracks. We are all flying to the memorial so she has to be able to fit all the gifts in her luggage. I have no idea what to get her! I bought her some lingerie but I'm hoping you guys can give me some more ideas. Please help!!

Why don't you have the gift shipped to her and give her a wrapped picture of what you purchased?

I'd either have the gift shipped to her home or buy her a gift card. You don't want to make her have to figure out how to get boxes and boxes of gifts home.
