I have a shower to go to tomorrow and of course I waited until the last minute to get a gift and when I went last night, just about everything was off the registry. So my question is, what is a good gift to get? Should I just get a gift card? Clothing? Thanks for your help.
The only things left are little 1-2 dollar items.

Diapers, laundry detergent is always handy, bottles (if being formula fed), and a gift certificate is always handy for the little things you forget to put on the registry.

Maybe a keepsake kind of gift. I went to a shower last weekend and got a Miracle Blanket, and a keepsake set with a silver birth certificate holder, and first curl and first tooth holder.

I would go with a gift card and maybe a cute picture frame or something small to go with it.

You could always put together a cute gift basket that has all of the $1 and $2 items, an outfit, and a gift card. Gift cards are awesome! We used the gift cards we got towards the baby's furniture. It helped soooo much!

I wanted to double the suggestion that you buy all the $1-$2 items, and if they don't add up to enough, add in a gift card, a package of pampers, or something that you fall in love with at the store.
If its on the registry, she needs it, and if no one buys it she has to make a trip to do it herself!
