Shower help!

I desperately do not want a shower, so I had told my parents and a bunch of people many times that I would like to have it as Jack and Jill party at Belmont Race Track (which is a very personal place for me). It will be a lot cheaper to have it there, rather than a restaurant b/c we know a ton of people that work there and everything... but anyway, my mom and I Just got in a fight b/c come to find out it's at a restaurant. She says I have no say on my shower at all, and she's going specifically against my wishes and is having about 100 people at the restaurant.... I really will have an ulcer about this shower, I absolutely hate being the center of attention - I have tried talking to her about it, but nothing will change her mind.... I'm going crazy!!!
