interview the groom (questions like--where did you go on your 1st date-etc.) and write down all of the questions/answers (on a main copy for the bridetobe (given to her after the shower) and on little strips of paper).........hand out the strips to the bridal shower guests and when the bridetobe opens the gift you gave her -you have to ask her your question--if she gets it right-u get a small gift and for every wrong answer she must eat a piece of bubble gum!
write down everything the bride says and read it at the end
give each guest a number as they walk in and keep the same # in a basket---throughout the party the bride pulls out the # and whoever has that # gts a prize
have a honeymoon basket (let guests know about this on invite)
have guests bring a recipe (recipe card should be included in the invite!)

and something that i really want to do and thought of one day--have a jack&jill wishing well--guests could bring stuff for the bride or groom or both and then hubby gets to open some gifts too (like a tape measurer, beer mug, etc.)--i really wanted a j&j shower but i know that i am not going to get one of these so i figured something like this would be a cute idea!!!
