Shower invites- friends that dont know other friends?

I have a question- do a lot of you girls have friends that dont know your bigger group of friends? Like I have my good friends that know each other and then I have a few friends that dont really know them at all. Do you think they will feel left out or awkward at the shower?

they shouldnt feel left out. every1 is an adult. if they dont knwo how to interract with ppl they dont know then thats a whole issue that shouldnt concern u lol

fh said that to me a fe wmonths ago. he suggested that we have all our friends over so they meet b4 the wedding so they dont feel awkward. uhmm HELLO!!?? they are all in their mid 20's and even 30's. theres no reason to hold anyones hand.


well i threw him a surprise party last sat.. and no1 knew eachother.. guess what? they all loved eachother and even made plans amongst themselves to hang out.

so i honestly wouldnt worry..

after all.. every1 that will be at your shower ahs at least one thing in common..YOU

Aww thanks!! That was such a nice response. And I totally agree...I mean everyone is an adult so they should be able to make it through a 3 hour shower or whatever it is. Thanks- I was worried but you made me feel a lot better!! :)

i knwo im a hypocrite when i say this but, u cant always worry about every1 and hold their hand. ya kno?

they'll be fine!! i mean, what do these girls do when they go on dates? lol think about it lol

You are so right LOL. I tend to worry about things like this which is just dumb. And they will all be sitting together so it will force them to talk haha.

well when u go around to each table kissing every1 hello... be like heyyyyyy christinaaa did u meet karen yet?? make small convos and include a few girls in at once..then slowlly back away and move on to ur next table...

that way they can do that awkward gigggle/smile and continue on with their convos.

That's a really good idea!! And then hopefully they can take it from there. And hopefully after a glass of mimosa it will make them even more comfy LOL.
