My Mom is really old-school and she is adamant that I'm surprised. I'm kind of excited about being surprised!!

I kinda wanted it in my Aunt's yard! Like an old-fashioned shower with family and a few friends and a champagne punch.
My Mom is coming to NY for 2 weeks in September, I'm kind of wondering if she might do it then - super early to surprise me??

Im actually planning my own so of course there will be no surprise here! My dream shower is something that doesnt resemble a normal shower... Not sure what that is yet

I just want to be surprised - I have already given the guest list to my mom & bridesmaids
I don't really care where it is or the theme (as long as it has pink and white in it of course ) - I just dont want my girls and my mom to spend a lot of $$ - Lord knows my mom and dad are spending enough money on the wedding already.. It wouldnt matter to me if they did it at my moms, or at a VFW or at a restaurant - I just want people to have a good time

I hope my bridesmaids really help my mom and sisters plan this. Ideally, I'd want to know just the date and time so I can be ready and stuff but I wouldn't want to know the location until I'm taken there!

I'd like to be surprised but since my parents and all my BMs are scattered throughout the state it probably won't be, but I'm ok with that. I'll probably have to end up helping plan, knowing my procrastinators of a bridal party, lol.
It doesn't matter where it is, it could be in a backyard, but I would like the guests to dress nice, have a nice meal and have it be a little fancier than 'casual'. I'm looking forward to mine!

I am a control freak and I have an idea of where I would like my shower so I think I would like to have a hand in it. But if not my girls know me really well so they would do a great job.
I really hate being the center of attention so that is why I think if i had a hand in it I could make it to be about my guests and not just me....if that makes any sense.

and i just want a relaxed happy party with my girls.. maybe a back yard or family members house.. no games.. just good drinks and food and loved ones

I would love to be surprised! But the way things are going with my mom I am not sure if I will be having one...or one that i don't know about
My dream shower...would probably just be something like, mary poppins themed (I know im a dork) but mary poppins is my all time favorite character lol...where everyone gets those silly hats and umbrellas hahahaaa
Um...or if it was breakfast centered. I believe that pancakes and waffles should be eaten for breakfast lunch and dinner.... so that would be pretty cool if it was all based on breakfast haha...although impossible...
I dont really know. I guess my dream shower right now would be having a shower...and being surprised...

I dont want to know... I want to be totally suprised. My sister's was at the Milleridge Cottage House so I know its going to be at a real catering place but I would looooove it to be somewhere that has an outdoor section! I'd love to have my party under a big tent or just at tables with umbrellas... I think that would be so cool!

my cousins fiance had a brunch and i absolutely hated it..... i wasnt feeling breakfast food and the only lunch food was penne... ancd it was a buffet... ugh... not my thing... but mimosas always sound good... the one i went to had no alcohol

My family knows the only thing I want is that I am not surprised by the day...where it is and the details can be a surprise but I have to know the date of it. And it must entail lots of wine

I would like to be suprised. But I would like it to be at a friend's house or my mom's house. I don't want people spending too much $$$. But I will love what ever shower i get. My best friend ( i have no Bridesmaids) already asked me for my invite list.
