I havn't really thought of the place or anything... but I just hope that everyone important to me will be there to clebrate with me! I totally want to be surprised.... My Mom is horrible at planning things so i'm sure it'll all be on my MOHs.. I don't care where it is quite honestly... just as long as we can all fit there...! LOL. I would like all the GIRLS to come! ...and there's a LOT haha

Hi, Jodie!!!! Thanks!!!! I was planning Donna's shower, but when she put her planning on temporary hold, until spring, my planning was put on hold too. I don't want to have a shower too far away from the wedding, and I'm waiting to see if the 080809, or Nov. 09 will be the date. I am concerned because I want to reserve a place, and I can't do that yet. Mary MOB

i guess i never real thought enough about it to have a vision for my dream shower...
the main thing is just that i want some quality female bonding time. i love that all the older women sort of rally around the young bride to put together important items to run a household. it reminds me of the old days when they'd spend your whole life embroidering linens and whatnot to build up a hope chest, passing on family heirlooms and sound advice. it's one of those old school traditions among women that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy

Well, since I am getting married in April, my shower will be in the winter. I heard and eavesdropped that it will be in January! So, I want it in a cozy place with a fireplace. I told my Sister and she's like already done. Yay!!!!!!!! I am excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to be surpirsed!!! my dream showere would be an old fashioned at home shower... I would love to have it at my grandparents house since its soo big... but then it wouldnt be a surprise b/c their house is next door
I think it would probably be out in a restaurant b/c one BM is from OOT and the rest of my BP is too lazy to plan an at home one!
