I know when and where but I don't want to know anything else. So far, they've been asking my advice and telling me stuff and I keep bride-zilla-ing on their @sses to LEAVE ME ALONE!

I really don't care about the details, I'm just so happy they're giving me one....it's so sweet of them!

i know the date but nothing else...Well I kind of think I know where it is...but there were so many places being thrown around...I hate surprises and just did not want to be stressed thinking about what weekend it could be,,,

i wanted to know mine because i'd like to look nice like my guests. however, i do not know the details on what is planned that day. i'd rather be in the dark. i asked for the list of those who rsvped so i can reach out to those difficult guests who just wouldn't call or email their response. it helped my girls so much.

i'm excited already!!!! it's going to be on march 3rd.

Here's is why I ask. First of all, I can't see how I won't figure it out anyhow. Second, I feel like having it out at a restaurant is a pretty big financial burden to some ppl... my BM's are already paying for their dresses... are they going to have to dish out a few hundred dollars each for the shower, plus a gift on top of that? I only have a MOH and 2 adult BM - my niece is only 13 and lives in Florida, so unless they want to shake out her piggy bank they're not getting any money out of her. If I knew about it they could have it at my house (I live in an apartment in my parents house) and it might take away a lot of the financial burden. Or should I Just mind my business and let them do what they're gonna do?

I will know the date but I want everything else to be a surprise. I travel a lot for work and work a second job so I need to know the date.

I wanted to be involved too, but they (my BP) said nope-

I think as much as you want to help, I think you are better off not helping. I want to help and contribute, however i think they can and want to handle it.

I am the same way heather. i told my mom to have it at our house!! But we would have like 60 woman in my house and it might get a little crazy!

I just feel bad because my two MOH are my sisters who will both be in college and really cant afford alot since they are 18 and 19, then i have my other cousin who is 18 and well my aunt gives her anything she wants so she never needs money and then i have 2 other BMs who will be gettting their masters and not have alot of money...so i def feel like it is a financial burden. plus my mom is most likely paying for the whole shower almost and my dress and my 2 sisters bm dresses plus her dress my 2 younger brothers tux my dad's tux so it gets crazy i feel bad for my paretns spending money!!!

I know about mine cause I picked the place and put a dwnpmt on it cause my mom couldnt. Whatever... I would have liked to be surprised but so far with the whole engagement/wedding I know about it all. Nothing has been a surprise.

My friends are still acting like its a surprise though..

I dunno... I looked around and a lot of places are like $25 pp. So if I have 40 ppl, which would be the minimum probably, that'd be $1000 split between 3 BM, plus I'm sure they'd give a gift! I think thats too much to ask of people...

I know mine is April 20th, I would have liked to have been surprised but because of work it was not possible. the girls are planning everything, so i do not have a clue what to expect, but I really cant wait I am very excited.
