I cannot believe it. I am on my bachelorette weekend and was having such a nice time and we saw my friend's sister and the first thing she says to me after 'Hello' is...So your shower is next week right?
I was like 'Well, I don't know?'
I am so bummed out. My family has done such a good job and I had no clue. What idiot asks someone that?? Grrrrrrrr.

Well. . .at least you can tell your FH to start cleaning out/getting rid of some stuff in preparation for receiving presents!!! Have you received any gifts in the mail before this girl spilled the beans?
