Technically, shower gifts are only to the bride, so only the bride's name should be on them.
Wedding gifts should be signed by both of you.

Yes i agree Bride only... but you do what you feel like doing MY GREAT MOH (also my cousin) Had the thank you attached to the favor that we handed out!

I signed the shower gift thank yous with my name only. For the wedding gifts, I will write both names.
