Shower- who's invited?

My bridesmaids are putting together my shower and have asked for a guest list. I'm having a small-ish wedding- 115 on the list. My mom thinks we should invite mine and my fiance's:
1.grandmothers
2.aunts

Shower- who's invited?

I gave my MOH a list that consisted of only the women I know. However, if there are family members or family friends on his side that I haven't met or don't know very well, I left that to my fiance's sister's discretion as to whether to send an invite or not. The wives of my fiance's friend's who I don't know that well I did not include. However I have heard people say that any female on the list gets a shower invite. I'm not comfortable with that so I opted to do it the way I did. I guess it's coming very soon, we're getting married in 43 days.

His Grandmother (only one still living)

Shower- who's invited?

Believe me, 30 is not too many; my list is about 80. Fi has a very large immediate family and his father likes to have his cousins invited as well. I had to cut down friends to accomodate the family.

Shower- who's invited?

yeah, I had over 100 people invited to my shower and 86 came! Talk about a big italian family!

I never said Stefanie was real. I was refering to the entire thread from Glory on down. The only thing posted above my response was a question on his package prices. Glory was the one who recommended Mark, and I know that she has been here and has been recommending his studio for quite some time. Whether or not Stefanie is real doesn't matter. The question is legit and I know from having been here long enough that he doesn't hide behind fake names.

Shower- who's invited?

Definitly do not invite anyone that is not invited to the wedding.

I dont think posters should be afraid to recommend vendors for fear that they will be accused - vendor recommendations are one of the most positive things that come out of this forum.
