Shower Yesterday!
I had my shower yesterday! My sister and aunt did a wonderful job, and it was great to get together with family and friends in an informal setting, and realize how many truly wonderful people I have in my life. They all made it a really amazing day for me, one I'm sure I won't forget soon.
Only minus, FMIL and FSIL did nothing, and I mean nothing to help out.
I did not see them lift a dish or help put away a thing. Other relatives were pitching in, but not them. And FSIL is a bridesmaid too! I'm wondering if I should have said something to them, but at the time, I could not think of what to say.![]()
I don't want to draw away from the positive nature of the day by focusing on them, but it annoyed me.
