It should - it depends where you are having it. Best thing to do is pick places you would think to have it ie the type of restraunt and call for a quote!

THanks girls...I called a few places but, i am really unsure what is average...some of the places quoted me around $40 per person plus tax for a sit down lunch with salad, main course and desert, no drinks included that would be extra...is this alot? THANKS!

that's going to come to like 55-60 a head. If you are willing to spend that then its cool! I don't think its ridiculous but I don't think it's the norm either. I'd shop around.

Check out Ranas in Merrick (I think) we had FSIl shower there and it was great! somthng like $18pp, champagne punch $50, everything provided, including a GREAT cake with real whipped cream

I booked my sisters at the Olive Garden. It is 13.75 a head and then you have to include tax 8.5% and gratuity 20% at the end. If you work it all out, it ends up being like 17.75 a head with all. This menu includes guest choice of soup or salad, 5 dinner entrees, ice cream, and soda, tea, coffee. No alcohol, guest can run their own tab. The room fits max 50 women.

My shower was like $20 a person appetizer, salad, choice of meal and dessert and it included champagne punch and 1/2 hour open bar- then the bp just paid for the bar tab- (Not too many people drank). It also included the chair and wishing well.

A shower I gave was $17 a person but without alcohol ( had soda and champagne punch ) with salad, choice of entree and the cake. If anyone wanted drinks they paid for it themselves ( the FH's family were irish cops so they drank like fishs and the rest of the bridal party were cheap and I was not paying for all of it myself with trying to save for my wedding)*not friends with that girl anymore anyway!
I know my shower is $18.95 but I'm don't know what is included yet.
