Re: Shrimp Diablo
Ok where is the best place to buy shrimp and what kind?? I saw some at costco and was thinking that a fish store is probably the only way to go but probably the most expensive too??

Re: Shrimp Diablo
I made this same recipe last week! I got it from Cooking Light magazine. It's such a great magazine. When preparing this, be careful of the chili paste - I might have put a little too much and it was spicy!!! I also highly recommend this dish. It's so easy!

Re: Shrimp Diablo
Much to my DH's dismay, I keep all the magazines in the kitchen. He doesn't understand why I don't throw them out! There are so many great recipes in there!
