Shutterfly question

I have a question for anyone who uses shutterfly...

I have scanned and saved a few new pictures that I wanted to upload, but they don't appear when I open the folder on Shutterfly. If I open the same folder in any other program, they are there. Does anyone know why this happens?

Jenn, that does sound strange. Are they jpgs?

I'm not sure... how can I figure that out? I didn't scan them any differently than any other pictures....

Edited to say...
They are not JPGs. Is there any way I can convert them?

They should have the extension like wedding.jpg. I believe that is the only type of pics you can upload to Shutterfly anyway. You may have scanned them in as bmp or tif. If you can, do a save as and save them as a jpg. If you want, you can send them to me and I can change them over for you and e-mail them back to you. Let me know if I can help!

hmmm - that's strange. The ones I scanned were already jpegs, but hopefully you'll be able to locate yours :)
