shuttle?

I got some quotes from limo companies and depated with FH over the shuttle dilemma and we dont know what to do.

background: 98% of our wedding guests are OOT and I blocked rooms at 1 hotel about 10 min from the RH. Only about 4% will be flying in. we will have roughly 175 guests

I want to provide a shuttle for anyone who wants it.
my question is do we get the shuttle Van for less money its a 15 person and will make about 3 trips so total 45 people can take advantage of it

or do we spend more money and do a bus, 30 passanger which can also make 2 or 3 trips so 60-90 people can use.

My thing is i dont want to waste money by getting the bigger bus and noone takes advantage or leave people out who were planning on taking the bus and cant becuase i got one too small.

what do i do?!

How many people are staying at the hotel? Even if only about 4% are flying in and presumably the rest have cars with them, they may want to take advantage of the shuttle. This way there are no worries about drinking and driving, directions, etc.

FH and I also have a large percentage of OOT guests and we are holding off on this until we get an approximate count of how many people are staying at the hotel.

Even some of our local friends/family are going to be staying at the hotel to avoid having to drive themselves back and forth to the RH

I would say i will have just about 150 people at the hotel. The only one from the area is my mom and dad and they will be staying with us too.

I am going to hold off a little too i just want to budget for it and im looking at a difference of $700

I guess i should get the bus then..

It's enough to make someone crazy isn't it?

I would get the bigger bus even though it's more $$$.
