Shuttle Bus - ideas and quotes

We had a 20 person limo in the morning for 3 hours total that took the wedding party out first thing to do photos, then came back to the hotel and picked up the guests to take them to the RH. Since it was all within the 3 hour period, we didn't have to pay anything extra for it, and our guests LOVED having the limo to ride in as an extra treat!

We had arranged for a shuttle bus from the same company for after the reception to bring everyone back to the hotel, but our limo company threw in the party limo for FREE as a surprise at the end of the wedding! He also threw in a private SUV for the bride and groom to take us back to the hotel. It was all PERFECT, size-wise, time wise, and they were perfectly clean and great!!!

We used a company called Always in Style Limos -- I highly recommend them. I worked with Tony and Jackie to arrange everything.

I priced out a TON of options, from buses to shuttles to limos, etc, and called pretty much every vendor on here and got the best price and service from Always in Style.

I had quotes from places upwards of $2500 for what I needed. The cheapest quotes were about $850 but they didn't include limos at all -- only shuttle vans. What we ended up getting was $1050 total including gratuity.

I'd definitely find out if there are any shuttle options through the hotel. If not, check out Academy.
