Shuttle Bus Timing

I am getting nervous. My ceremony will be at my RH and my hotel is about 15 minutes away. I am providing a shuttle bus for guests from the hotel to the RH and I wanted to the shuttle bus to make 2 runs.

My ceremony starts at 7 pm. Hospitality starts at 6:30 pm. I won't ever being able to fit in 2 shuttle bus runs with 1 vehicle using that timetable. The only thing I can do is have the shuttle bus drop people off earlier than hospitality, which I know the RH will frown upon and will drastically cut back on my picture taking time.

Do you think I should get a second vehicle?

is the reason for two trips because the shuttle won't fit the total # of guests using it?

If they all fit, you should just do one trip to get the guests there by 630.

If not, just schedule the first trip to by 6:15pm, I honestly don't think it would be a big problem if the guests showed up 15 min earlier than hospitality starts. Knowing Lands end, they will be ready for early birds anyway. and that way your 2nd trip can arrive by 6:45pm.
