Did anyone else have to get shuttle buses for their guests who were staying at a hotel? If so who did you uses in Suffolk County? And about how much?
TIA

Re: shuttle buses
I got one for my guests who are staying at the Huntington Hilton. The hotel provides a 14 passenger van which will make as many trips as needed for $350 for the night.
They have 2 of the vans, but we are only getting one...not sure how many people will use it.

Are you getting this through the hilton or an outside company?

Re: shuttle buses
I have made arrangements for my limo co. to stay an extra hour to transport the guests to the reception. But now I need to find a company to take them home. My hotel does not provide. Does anyone have any suggestions for reasonable transportation?
