Shuttle Buses
We have some out of town guests staying at a hotel. They were asking us over Easter if we had looked into any shuttle services. I have not looked yet. If anyone has any suggestions of where to start, any youmay have contacted and prices, I would appreciate the info.

Shuttle Buses
WE are having the bus take our guest from the hotel to the reception (not to the church). We are paying for the bus already $850.00 for 3 hours and an extra hour at $150.00. Then when they come back at night to take the guests back to the hotel it is $15.00 per person (cheaper this way) and they will make as many trips as needed. We are using Class One Limos. Here is their website: Good luck! http://www.classonelimo.com/

Shuttle Buses
Use Classic Vans. I used them for my September 01 wedding and found them to fit our budget and everyone was accomodated. Christine was the one who coordinated the vans for us. They also do wedding limos, so if you haven't already booked, they can probably give you a good deal if you do it all through them.

Just for you, I do
I had to look in my wedding archives to get you this information!! An 11 passenger van cost $75 + 20% gratuity=$90 (each way) or $50 per hour We had a a couple of vans because we had guests at different hotels. There was also a pick-up after the reception. The big coach buses were expensive and so we decided it was more cost efficient to go with vans. Also, these vans are not the ones used for airport pick-ups. We were told that they are almost brand new and spotless, and by the looks of them, that was true! Let me know if you need anything else.

Check w/ the hotel first
Many hotels have a shuttle that will be cheaper than anything else you do. I know the Wyngate in Garden City has some. Check it out!

Classic Number
The hotels where my guests stayed did not provide transportation but did suggest Classic. So in the end, they worked out really well. The number is 631-567-5100. Ask for Christine, she handles the wedding transportation. I believe they are located in Bohemia, on Locust Avenue. We went to 'inspect' the vans on a Saturday morning and like I said, found them to be very accomodating. Good Luck!
