For all of you that are having a shuttke from your OOT guests' hotel to the reception how much are you paying for pick-up and drop off for 20 passengers...I think my limo company is ripping me off at $700, but we had not other choice as we are so close now and most other places are booked now...just curious.
I was told by a company that a 14 pass van would be $175... but it has to be for 3 consecutive hours... so you would have to pay another $175 to pick up the guests at the end of the night...
I was wondering the same thing - we want to do a shuttle and were thinking using a hotel by our church rather than by the reception hall that way no one has to drive that doesnt want to (our reception is a good 40 min from my church). Wanted to ask if the rates are based on milage or is it just one lump sum. Sorry that I just added to your question but I've been thinking about the same thing.
I am trying to block a bunch of hotel rooms and the hotel I'm working with told me to try Classic Coach, they are suppose to be reasonable. I haven't had a chance to call yet. Someone also said Hampton Jitney does too!
