I am a bit confused on how this works. For those of you whose hotel is NOT providing the shuttle service how are you working it?
Are you getting a shuttle to pick up your guests at the hotel and then drop them back off at the hotel later in the night?
I seemed to have gotten a pretty high quote ($150 for one run) so I am just trying to get a sense if I can even do this at all!

Re: Shuttle Question
How big is the shuttle? If you can fit all of your guests in one trip there and one trip back then I think that is a pretty good price!!

Re: Shuttle Question
Im only doing a 14 passenger. It really is an additional expense and a curteousy to our few out of town guests. I dont really need to do it so I am thinking that I just may nix it depending on the number of people. If we only have 4 people using it it doesnt make sense you know?
I have to think it through. If anything I may just get a shuttle to the hotel at the end of the night for the bridal party since they will need a ride home!
As of now we have only 4 people who are staying at the hotel and I believe one couple will have a car so it doesnt make sense!

Re: Shuttle Question
So far we have found 2 places that have a 30 person or bigger shuttle. We just want it to go once to the RH from the hotel, and then once at the end of the night back to the hotel. We will prob have about 30 OOT people, so hopefully that works out. I have to call and get some more quotes though, but the two my mom has called so far are about $800-$1000

Re: Shuttle Question
I wonder with so few guests if I am better off just getting them cabs. It makes more sense than getting them for all of 4 people!

Re: Shuttle Question
I'm interested to know which company provided this rate ($500 for 2 shuttles). I am also looking for a shuttle and most quotes are around $1K. Thanks!

Did you try Camelot? They were about $150 for one ride.

Re: Shuttle Question
We are sending our limo bus back after it drops us off at the reception to take pics back to the hotel to pick up our guests and then we have a shuttle bus coming to the reception after to pick up all our guests.
