SHuttle vans?

SHuttle vans?

How long in advance should I book these?
I am trying to put it off until I know how many OOT guests I will have. I have tried to e-mail and ask people, and they say that they are going to book rooms, but still have not.

I was able to book mine when I booked the rooms and then have up until a month before the wedding to cancel for no charge. They are coming from the hotel though, so it might be different.

I booked them when I booked my limos b.c the hotel didn't provide them. They were about $175 each & I got one for before the reception & 1 for after.

Royalty--they are 14 passenger vans and they will make as many trips as I want. I have one before teh reception & 1 after--so it cost me about $300 I think b/c I booked it w/ my limos. That also includes gratuity

I'm getting married at the watermill too! I'm from NJ so it's been kinda difficult for me to find vendors, that's an awesome price!

I BOOKED MINE YESTERDAY. THEY SAID YOU DONT GET CHARGED IF NO ONE BOOKS I WOULD DO IT SOONER THEN LATER. MY FIRST HOTEL WAS BOOKED FOR MY WEDDING WEEKEND. GOOD LUCK
