we want to hire a shuttle for multiple trips, or a coach bus for one trip, for our hotel guests. Any thoughts on which is better, and what company to use?

What hotel are you using? I know the hotel we are using has a shuttle which we reserved and the price is great. It's small and would have to make multiple trips, but depending on how far your hotel is from your RH that may not matter.

we're using the inn at fox hollow. i think there is a shuttle, but i vaguely remember it being kind of high.

Since we have a lot of OTT guests, we opted for a 55 psngr from North Fork. I think it was $950 if I'm not mistaken.

We are using Classic Coach, 55 passenger bus, it's making 2 trips going and two trips back to the hotel. It was somewhere around $1100 I think, saturday night in the summer.

We're getting a charter bus to and from the hotel to the reception. Pick up is at 5:30 and the bus will bring everyone back at 11:30. This is for a Saturday night in November.

i think a bus is WAY better than shuttles IMO. guests can travel together and its a fun little ride. shuttles seperate people and can sometimes get held up and can be cramped or uncomfortabler
