We have booked a shuttle to bring guest from the hotel to the reception and back... I am very nervous about how all of this will work... Does anyone have experience with this???

I've been to a number of weddings that had this. Either the hotel or an outside company will provide a van or shuttle to start at the hotel and drop guests at the RH and and the end of the night they will be there picking everyone up and bringing them back to the hotel. Depending how mar it is they may make several trips throughout the night.

We are using All Star Limo... They have a million different choices and their prices were great!! I would definitely check them out!

We booked a coach bus to take guests from the hotel to the reception. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly!!!!!!!! Only time will tell!

I am doing a shuttle-- it should take 10 min to get to and from hotel to the venue.... my friend had one a few weeks ago at her wedding, we got on an earlier one, it was no prob-- no one else mentioned any problems with it either... mine said they'd go back and forth all night up to one hour after the wedding... so I'm sure everyone who needs a ride will get one!
