I am going to do this but have not yet priced out. My mom recently did something similar for a corporate event on LI and said that it ran about $1400 for 8 hours. (a 50 passenger bus with bathrooms, etc)
we did, it was provided by the hotel.
Check with your hotel. I have heard of a few of them do that complimentary if you block 10 rooms or more for your wedding. They give shuttle to and from complimentary.
I am getting a party bus from my limo company for hotel guests. We got the biggest bus, which I think holds about 42 people and it's costing us $1300. The smaller bus was $1100.
I am using Lindsey for the shuttle-14 passengers and guaranteed a min of 3 each way. I can't say the price because they screwed up but are honoring it.
We are going through our limo company and it's about $700 for a 27-passenger shuttle bus. They are doing one pick-up and drop-off each way before and after the wedding.
if u r looking to save money a yellow school bus will charge you like 900 for the 12 hours
you may want to look into Super Shuttle for simple pick-up/drop-off service
Definitely check with your hotel first, usually they have a shuttle service free of charge when you book a certain amount of rooms or there is a small fee if you dont fill that block
We used Alert buses - they were great and very reasonable.
