Who did you guys use or will be using for guest transport to and from hotel?? I've waited so long to do this, and i have no idea where to start!
our Hotel has a free shuttle service they have some contract with the venetian! altho i found out recently that it only holds 12 people!! we have 26 rooms booked!!!!! so its prob goign to be a bigger pain in the arse! but im sure they will be able to make a couple trips
we are using classic coach.
Our hotel provides transportation to and from the reception.
North Fork Express gave us the best deal on a shuttle. I think i found them through LIW.
call local cab companies i researched this for months!!! they are the best deal by far!!
Paradise Travel in Hicksville gave me the best price. They said they have new buses too. And I like that they're a local company and not one that's out of state in case anything goes wrong that day. I don't know the info off the top of my head but I can look up the number when I get home on my contract. FM me if you need it.

She loved her limo company Royal Crown Limo (1.800.229.5636). I called and spoke to the owner Tom. He's such a pleasure to deal with and cut me the best deal I've found so far on my shuttle. Not sure what he'll be able to do for you, but its totally worth a shot.![]()
The hotel we blocked rooms at, LaQuinta in Garden City set us up with our shuttle. We had a full there and back paid for when our 15 room block got fully booked, and we added 2 more trips for $100 each way. It was the best for us!
