Sick

Entertain me ladies...I woke up at 6am and haven't stopped vomiting (sorry for being graphic)....I'm just sitting here bored....

awe, you poor thing! I was thinking aboutyou on the way in this morning thinking, 'i can't wait til it cools down so me and Colleen can start walking!!!

Aww, I can't either...August and the first 2 weeks of Sept are the worst for me...after that we can make it a daily thing!

But yeah, I feel like hell today...ugh...

I have managed to keep a slice of wheat bread down for 23 minutes..woohoo...

FEEL BETTER!!

if you have cola in the house, stir it up to get the fizz out and pour it over some ice. sip it slowly. it really helps. i'm not sure why... but it does.

pharmacies also carry 'coke syrup' which you pour over crushed ice to get the same effect.

Thanks - I tried that this morning and got sick - so I have a minor aversion to coke right now...the ginger ale is helping a bit!

i can't handle when i am vomitting i cry hehe i am horrible so i give you credit for not acting like me- A BABY when it comes to being sick
